The Academy

The counsel I offer one person at a time will eventually be offered to more than one at a time.

Not as a shortcut. The work does not shorten. But there are things I find myself saying in nearly every first conversation, and there is no good reason those should only reach the people in a position to retain an advisor.

The Academy is where that will live: courses in leading from alignment, built with the same care as the rest of this house.

Nothing is open yet. When the first one is, the people on this list will hear before anyone else — and they will have shaped what it holds.
