One discipline, several industries

The through-line is not a sector. It is responsibility for other people’s experience in situations where the stakes are real, the audience is watching, and the margin for error is small — and carrying it so completely that no one in the room ever has to feel the weight of what it took.

That discipline was built in several places, none of which look alike on paper and all of which asked the same thing.

International leadership

Purser and In-Flight Service Manager with United Airlines. Crews of twenty and more, across upwards of twenty-five countries, and more than a thousand flight attendants mentored in service, presentation and etiquette. Seven-course first-class service delivered while an entire aircraft’s worth of moving parts was coordinated out of sight.

Composure when the stakes are real

Numerous emergencies handled at cruising altitude. When the attacks of September 11th unfolded during her flight, she held a crew and a cabin of passengers steady through five days inside a national crisis. Leadership of that kind is not a style. It is a capacity, and it is either present or it is not.

Business ownership and consequential transactions

Broker Owner of Storm Cattoche Realty, following a career across Keller Williams, Prudential California Realty and Sotheby’s International Realty — guiding clients through one of the most emotionally loaded transactions of their lives while managing vendors, contractors, staging, budgets and every detail the client never had to think about.

Advising on what has already been built

Licensed insurance professional with Pacific Life, advising business owners and high-net-worth families on advanced financial and legacy strategy — the discipline of protecting what has been built and structuring what comes next.

Cultural fluency, earned in place

Decades of working across cultures rather than visiting them. It is the difference between an itinerary and an experience that holds meaning for the particular people who are in it.

Why this matters to the work

Organizations rarely bring in outside counsel because they lack information. They bring it in because the people closest to a decision are seldom the people with distance from it — and because the room in which a leadership team can be honest has to be held by someone who is not competing inside it.

The Oracle Advisory exists to hold that room. Private counsel, facilitated leadership experience and destination-based immersion are three expressions of a single competence: designing the conditions in which capable people can see clearly, speak plainly, and decide well.

Every engagement is held personally. There is no account team, no handoff and no delegated delivery. What a client evaluates at the outset is what they receive throughout.

Credentials

  • High-Level Government Security Clearance XII — Federal Aviation Administration
  • First Responder — AED, First Aid, Oxygen Administration, Fire Fighting, Survival Training
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker Owner — California
  • Certified Estate Manager
  • Certified Property Manager
  • Licensed Insurance Producer — California

Each was earned in service of keeping other people safe, oriented and cared for while they moved through something larger than themselves. That is the same work, in a different room.

Begin a conversation

Advisory work begins with a conversation rather than a proposal. The first exchange is about the situation, the people in it, and whether this is the right counsel for it.
