Liability Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk

The Sovereign Queen Immersion · StormLife Global · April 20 – May 1, 2027

In consideration of being permitted to participate in The Sovereign Queen Immersion ("the Immersion") organized by StormLife Global ("StormLife"), I, the undersigned Participant, acknowledge and agree as follows:

1. Voluntary Participation

I am participating in the Immersion voluntarily and of my own free will. I understand this is an international travel experience in Egypt that includes activities such as walking on uneven terrain, heat exposure, early mornings, boat and vehicle travel, and optional activities including but not limited to horseback riding and hot-air ballooning.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand and voluntarily accept that travel to and within Egypt, and participation in the Immersion's activities, involve inherent risks — including illness, injury, disability, death, property loss, accident, crime, exposure to the elements, transportation and supplier failures, political events, and force majeure. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. Release & Waiver of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge StormLife Global, its owner, employees, contractors, guides, agents, and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, illness, or death that may be sustained by me during or in connection with the Immersion, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, except for gross negligence or willful misconduct. 4. Third-Party Suppliers

I understand that StormLife acts as an organizer and coordinator and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or default of any independent third-party supplier, including hotels, cruise operators, transportation providers, guides, or activity providers.

5. Medical Authorization

I confirm I am in adequate health to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical condition, allergy, or medication to StormLife in advance. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize StormLife to arrange emergency medical care on my behalf, and I accept full responsibility for the cost of any medical treatment, evacuation, or repatriation. I understand StormLife is not obligated to provide or arrange such care.

6. Insurance Acknowledgment

I understand that comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended, that obtaining it is my responsibility, and that if I choose not to obtain it, I do so at my own risk.

7. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from my participation or from any breach of this agreement or the Immersion's Terms & Conditions.

8. Governing Law

This waiver is governed by the laws of [CONFIRM jurisdiction]. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

9. Acknowledgment

I have read this Liability Waiver, Release & Assumption of Risk, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights by signing it. I sign it freely and voluntarily.

Participant Agreement

Photograph, Video & Media Release

The Sovereign Queen Immersion · StormLife Global · April 20 – May 1, 2027

The Immersion includes professional photography and videography. This release governs how images and recordings in which you appear may be used.

1. Grant of Rights

I grant StormLife Global and its designees the irrevocable right and permission to photograph and record me during the Immersion, and to use, reproduce, edit, and publish the resulting photographs, video, and audio ("Media") in which I appear, in any format and medium now known or later developed.

2. Purpose & Scope

The Media may be used for StormLife's marketing, promotional, editorial, and archival purposes, including its website, social media, printed materials, presentations, and advertising. [CONFIRM if you want to exclude paid third-party advertising or resale.]

3. No Compensation

I understand that I will receive no compensation of any kind for the use of the Media, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished use.

4. Personal Use by Participant

Media provided to me for my own personal use remains subject to the Immersion's Intellectual Property terms and may not be used commercially without StormLife's written permission.

5. Opt-Out

Signing below grants consent. [CONFIRM posture — appears-with-opt-out vs. opt-in.] If I do not wish to appear in Media used for StormLife's promotion, I will notify StormLife in writing at info@stormlife.global before the Immersion begins, and I understand StormLife will make reasonable efforts to exclude me from published Media.

6. Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release StormLife and its designees from any claim arising out of the use of the Media as described, including claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity.
