The Oracle Advisory
An oracle is not hired. An oracle is consulted.
The premise
Most of what arrives at the top as a strategy problem is an alignment problem that has learned to speak strategy.
The person is capable. The plan is sound. The market is understood. And still the decisions come slowly — or come quickly and get re-made — or come from somewhere the person would not choose if they were choosing freely.
That is not a competence problem. It is a distance problem: the distance between what a leader knows and where they are standing when they decide.
I close that distance.
What I have found to be true
And it has been working, which is the difficult part. Adaptation is how most capable people arrived where they are. It is also, eventually, how they lose track of what they actually think.
The work is not deciding faster, or deciding better. It is not being decided for.
Long before they can name it. Trust, candour, engagement and discretionary effort all track to it far more closely than to anything in the strategy deck.
Almost no one at the top has a room where they can think out loud without consequence. That room is most of what I offer.
How the work runs
The Oracle Advisory is an ongoing retainer — not a course of sessions and not a programme.
You have standing access to counsel: a regular rhythm of conversation, and the ability to reach me when something is actually in front of you rather than waiting for the next slot on a calendar. That structure exists because the decisions that matter do not arrive on a schedule.
There is no fixed session count and no curriculum. There is a relationship, and it deepens.
Who this is for
Founders, executives and principals carrying weight that cannot be delegated — and who suspect the next increment is not going to come from working harder at the way they are already working.
Some engagements are personal, held and paid by the individual. Others are held by the organisation, where the mandate is broader: decision quality, cultural coherence, and the retention of people who leave good companies because of how they were led rather than what they were paid.
Both work. They are simply different conversations, and the first one sorts out which this is.
Who it is not for
Anyone looking for a framework, a system, or a set of techniques. I do not have one. What I have is three decades at consequential tables and a way of listening that clients have been describing back to me for most of that time.
In their words
“Storm has revolutionised the way I approach leadership, unlocking a vision of limitless potential. Through her profound guidance I’ve gained a deep understanding of how the quantum field intertwines with my human experience and true purpose — and she’s empowered me to integrate that awareness into every facet of my leadership.”
“I was so impressed that I couldn’t stop blabbering on and on. I just didn’t know how to react — your professional attitude and actions were on another level.”
A different door
Some who find their way here are not looking for counsel inside their working life. They are looking for something older, and slower.
Twice a year I take eight women to Egypt.
Begin a conversation
One conversation. Forty-five minutes. No cost, and nothing owed at the end of it.
We will talk about what you are actually carrying. If the work is right, we will both know before the call is over. If it isn’t, you will still leave with something.
