Investment Schedule
To honor both your commitment and the extensive planning required to create an intimate, world-class experience, the following schedule applies.
Your place is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable 25% deposit. This secures one of only eight places within the Sovereign Queen Immersion and allows us to begin preparing your personalized journey.
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to departure. Because this immersion is intentionally limited to only eight participants, your reservation immediately initiates a series of contractual commitments — luxury accommodations, private transportation, guides, venues, and bespoke experiences arranged specifically for you.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, due to the intimate nature of this experience and the significant commitments made on behalf of each participant, the following cancellation policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation — including but not limited to illness, family emergencies, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.
Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants. We strongly recommend selecting a policy that includes cancellation coverage for illness, family emergencies, and other unforeseen events, as StormLife is unable to make exceptions to the cancellation policy once payments become due.
