Investment Schedule

To honor both your commitment and the extensive planning required to create an intimate, world-class experience, the following schedule applies.

Reserve Your Place · Deposit

Your place is confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit — non-refundable, yet transferable and convertible to a future cohort. This secures one of only eight places and allows us to begin preparing your personalized journey.

50%

Second Payment · Due 90 Days Prior

Payable ninety days before departure. Your reservation initiates a series of contractual commitments — luxury accommodations, private transportation, guides, venues, and bespoke experiences arranged specifically for you.

25%

Final Payment · Due 30 Days Prior

The remaining balance is payable thirty days before departure, completing your investment ahead of the journey — so that from the moment you arrive, every logistical detail is already held.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. However, due to the intimate nature of this experience and the significant commitments made on behalf of each participant, the following policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation — including illness, family emergencies, travel disruptions, or personal circumstances.

We refund any amount you have paid above the applicable cancellation fee. If you have paid less than the fee, nothing further is owed — you will never be invoiced for the difference. Your deposit is also transferable once, to a cohort departing within 24 months.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend a comprehensive policy that includes cancellation coverage for illness, family emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
