Meet Storm
She has already held the room you are about to walk into.
Before Storm stood at the edge of the Nile and knew she would one day bring women there, she was standing in aisles at 35,000 feet — holding a cabin of strangers together through turbulence, emergencies, and everything in between.
This is not her first time holding a container of women through transformation. It is simply the most sacred version of it.
For over three decades, Storm has built her life around a single throughline: the art of holding space for people at their most vulnerable, most elevated, and most in-transition moments — and doing it with such precision that they never once felt the weight of what it took to get them there.
The professional foundation
International Purser & In-Flight Service Manager · United Airlines
Storm has led crews of twenty and more across upwards of twenty-five plus countries, mentoring over a thousand flight attendants in service, presentation, and etiquette — the same rigor now built into every hour of the Sovereign Queen Immersion.
She has navigated numerous emergencies at cruising altitude. She has managed seven-course service in first class while coordinating an entire aircraft's worth of moving parts, none of which the passenger ever needed to see.
This is where "curated luxury" stopped being a marketing phrase and became a discipline.
The five days that defined her leadership
September 11th
When the September 11th attacks unfolded during her flight and threw her crew and passengers into the middle of a national crisis, Storm did not have the luxury of processing what was happening. She had a cabin full of frightened crew and customers who needed someone steady.
For five days surrounding the event — stranded far from home, alongside strangers who had become, in an instant, her responsibility — Storm held her crew and her customers together. Fear, uncertainty, and grief, managed in real time. No script. No precedent.
It is the kind of leadership that cannot be trained for. Only lived through.
In the aftermath, the crew and passengers she guided through those five days honored her with letters of gratitude, personal gifts, and formal accolades — for the composure and care she carried into a moment when the world itself felt like it was cracking open.
It is, perhaps, the earliest blueprint for everything this immersion now holds: a woman staying rooted so that everyone around her can find their footing — even, especially, when the ground has genuinely shifted.
Where the practical was mastered
Real Estate Broker · Storm Cattoche Realty · Estate Manager · Certified Property Manager
Keller Williams · Prudential California Realty · Sotheby's International Realty
Storm has guided clients through one of the most emotionally loaded transactions of a person's life — buying and selling the spaces they call home — while managing vendors, contractors, staging, budgets, and every detail a client never has to think about.
Clients describe her as someone who relieves them of any concern during what is one of the most stressful times of a major life transition.
That same relief — the sense that someone else is holding the logistics so you can hold your transformation — is what every woman feels the moment she lands in Cairo.
Licensed Insurance Professional · Pacific Life
Storm advises business owners and high-net-worth families on advanced financial and legacy strategy: the discipline of protecting what has been built, and structuring what comes next.
It is no accident that the Sovereign Queen Immersion closes with a legacy code. Storm has spent years helping people think in terms of what outlasts them.
Certifications & Clearances
— First Responder — AED, First Aid, Oxygen Administration, Fire Fighting, Survival Training — High-Level Government Security Clearance XII — Federal Aviation Administration — Licensed Real Estate Broker — California — Certified Estate Manager — Certified Property Manager — Licensed Insurance Producer — California
Every one of these was earned in service to keeping other people safe, oriented, and cared for while they moved through something bigger than themselves.
The inner work beneath the résumé
Somewhere between the cabins, the closings, and the client calls, Storm underwent her own initiation — one that had nothing to do with a title.
"StormLife was born not from ambition, but from initiation. Through the alchemy of personal healing — across body, spirit, and identity — I came to remember that we are not here to simply survive, but to awaken, embody, and express the light of who we truly are."
That remembrance became StormLife: her platform as Oracle Advisor, visionary designer, author, and creator. A body of work spanning guided journals, embodiment tools, and a growing practice of somatic and conscious leadership. She has co-created a body-centred journal exploring the relationship between healing and embodiment, and speaks on what she calls leadership as resonance, not reaction — the idea that the leaders of this era do not create from strategy first, but from frequency, coherence, and presence.
This is what makes her singularly suited to lead this journey. She has spent thirty years mastering logistics, and an equal number mastering the inner terrain those logistics are meant to serve. Most retreat leaders can offer one or the other.
Storm built her life at the intersection of both.
Why this matters for the women in the room
When a woman steps into the Sovereign Queen Immersion, she hands over two things at once: her physical safety and logistics for twelve days in a foreign country — and her willingness to be witnessed while something in her identity cracks open and reforms.
Storm has spent a career being trusted with exactly that combination. By passengers mid-crisis. By clients mid-transition. By families trusting her with their legacy. And now, by women in the middle of their own remembering.
She does not lead this immersion as a tour guide who added a wellness angle. She leads it as a woman who has held the practical and the sacred in the same two hands for her entire career — and finally built the one experience that asks for both at once.
"The way you show up in the world is a reflection of the energy you carry — your presence speaks before words, your actions echo your intentions, and your energy leaves an imprint long after you've gone."— Storm Cattoche
The greatest temple you will ever enter is that of the sovereign self.
